Everlayer online purchases can be shipped to destinations within Canada and USA.
At Everlayer, standard shipping within Canada and USA on all orders is free . Surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico in the U.S and in Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories in Canada. Surcharges may also be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional.
Everlayer offers Ground and Express shipping options depending on your chosen shipping method and destination. The estimated delivery time for Ground shipments is 5-10 business days, while Express shipments can take 3-5 business days. We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, however occasionally there may be an unexpected delay outside of our control which may impact the estimated delivery time. You can track your shipment using your order number and email.
The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like to return your order, please visit our Returns and Refunds page.
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Refunds page.
Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST, and we may be able to cancel before the order is processed.
Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.
Yes. We ship to post office boxes but may have to use an alternative carrier. This can increase the estimated delivery time from 5-10 business days.
All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.
Only orders with value over U$800 require special duties and taxes. If applicable, recipients in USA are responsible for all surplus fees ( duties, taxes, customs charges etc).
U.S. orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse U.S. orders.
We do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order can only ship to a single address.
If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.
You are able to enter a different shipping and billing address, however, for credit card verification purposes your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your statement.
The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destinations.
All packages are insured through the shipping company used.
Sometimes, the fastest way to get your order to you is to ship some items separately. We try to
minimize this whenever possible, but if we do need to split your order, you will never have to pay for additional shipping. We will also provide multiple tracking numbers so you can see the shipments on their way to you.
High value orders travelling to the US require special customs and brokerage documents. Often times, these documents require additional personal information from you as the “importer” of these goods. To help ensure a frictionless shipping experience, we will attempt to split these high value orders into two smaller ones that can make their way to you without any additional documentation required.
If your order is over the limit, we will always reach out to you directly to let you know and provide a fast and easy solution.
If an item you ordered is on pre-order, it will be noted on your email receipt. Posted
shipping dates are estimates and pre-orders may be shipped up to 2 weeks before
or after the posted date. Pre-orders are charged when placed but may be canceled
at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. Please note we are unable to make any changes orders containing pre-order items.
If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no-one was available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may incur a re-shipping fee.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have
been dispatched. Sorry!
