Returns and Exchanges

At Everlayer, our business is building the best product for you and you are at the heart of what we do and why we do it .If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, breathe easy. We accept returns, and we will do everything to ensure your return is processed quickly.

Are there conditions for returns and exchanges ?

Yes. If you’re having second thoughts about your gear, you can return it. Items purchased at everlayer.com may be returned for up to 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Items must be in new condition, unused and unwashed, have no unusual odors or fur/hair, with the original labels & hang tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items on sale are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased from anywhere except everlayer.com must be returned to the original place of purchase. If the item was purchased from a retail store or a marketplace seller , then please send it back to that seller.

What if my return doesn’t meet these requirements ?

Everlayer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection and can offer to ship the product back to the customer at their expense. Additional re-stocking fees may apply for such cases.

Do I incur a cost for returns ?

Yes. Like many businesses , we are not exempt from increased shipping and handling costs . A flat rate fee of C$24.99 + taxes, per item applies for returns within Canada.

Original shipping Fees and surcharges (if any) are also non-refundable.

For all returns from U.S.A, you will be responsible for all return postage, customs , taxes and other charges associated with the return.

What about returning damaged, defective or incorrect products ?

Customers must inspect products upon delivery. It there is damage or defect or if it is not the product that was ordered, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will make arrangements to return the damage , defective or incorrect product free of charge or we will allocate the customer a full refund.

1. Contact Us to authorize your return. 2. Print & apply the return label that we will email to you. 3. Re-pack your package. 4. Bring your package to the courier indicated on the return label.

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse by authorized couriers like Canada Post, FedEx & UPS.

How can i exchange an item ?

We do not offer exchanges. It is easier to process a new purchase as a separate transaction. If you prefer another style , size or color , please order that and send back the product you wish to return.

When will I get my refund ?

Refunds may take between 7-10 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse. Seasonal delays can sometimes extend this timeline. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
